Cornwall Mark Foundation
The Foundation was established in 1997 and registered with the Charity Commission in the same year. It receives donations from Brethren of Mark and RAM Lodges in Cornwall, from the Lodges themselves and from other parties, which monies are used for the benefit of non-masonic charities and organisations. These donations are approved on an annual basis at the Foundation AGM.
The Foundation is controlled by Trustees who are: the Provincial Grand Master, the Deputy Provincial Grand Master, the Assistant Provincial Grand Master, a Chairman, a Secretary/Treasurer and an Assistant Secretary, the latter three being elected annually at the Foundation AGM, usually held in March.
